Update to redo the second level. The previous one was out of nowhere and does not fit with Mite as of now. It may be brought back for some sort of survival-type mode further down the road.

Some changes include:

• Redone second level
• Being damaged will now cause a blood splatter on the ground
• Fixed bullet type "Slug" to a set fire rate
• Hid some cheat/debug tools which were previously very open and usable
• Less dysentery (probably)
